Yes, this can be adapted to work using the Voyager PWM Filter for Voyager RV Camera Systems, # VGR64VR. But as built, the Furrion Vision S, # FCE48TASL-05 that you linked to will not work on 2016 and newer Mercedes Benz Sprinter chassis with PWM wiring. Hence the need for the PWM filter, # VGR64VR to prevent camera dropouts, it splices into the camera's wiring.

I spoke to my contacts at Curt and Reese and the only styles of hitches that can be made to fit a service body truck like yours are multi-fit RV hitches like the # 41990 that has a 16k capacity. This is a weld on hitch that would require either the 7 inch drop brackets part # 4907 or the 16 inch brackets part # 4916.
The rear ends on service bodies are all different dimensions so there's no way to have a hitch fit that works well with that vehicle configuration. view full answer...
A front htich is a great way to add carrying capacity for a bike rack without interfering with turning clearance if you also happen to be towing a trailer. For your 2017 Coachman Prism on a Mercedes Sprinter that has a factory 7-way the Prodigy P3 part # 90195 can pretty easily install. There is a green connector under the driver seat of your RV that is for the install of a brake controller.
We don't sell a connector that plugs right into it, but you can still use it to wire up a brake controller like the P3 part # 90195. You'll need to cut the connector off and then wire the vehicle wiring to the controller's wiring.

Depending on the size of your spare and the hitch receiver to bumper clearance on your 2019 Winnebago View motorhome, you may be able to use the Curt Trailer Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier # C31006. To gain the most clearance you would use the first mounting hole, which is 2.5 inches from the edge of the shank to the center of the hole. This leaves you with 6.5 inches of space between the center of that hitch pin hole to the backside of the bent upright.
